Homemade Raspberry Infused Moonshine Recipe

Raspberry moonshine has got to be one of my most popular recipes, and one of my favourite to taste! And snacking on the raspberries while I make it definitely makes it more fun! Hehe

What You’ll Need:

5 pounds Raspberries
6 pounds sugar
2 tbps yeast

How to make Raspberry Moonshine

Step 1: Boil down the raspberries with about 1.5 gallons of water and then mash them up (they will smell amazing at this point!).

Step 2: Add the sugar and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: When they are done simmering, put them in your fermenting bucket and add 3 1/2 more gallons of water and wait for the temperature to drop and then add the yeast.

Step 4: Once the fermentation is complete (1-2 weeks), strain out solids and then distill using a pot still.
